You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any item for a full refund or exchange. The item must be in its original condition and packaging.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team at support@iykyk.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
- Package the item securely, including the RMA number, and ship it to the provided return address.
4. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
6. Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different one, please contact us at support@iykyk.com. We will guide you through the exchange process and ensure that you receive the correct item.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@iykyk.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
